IMPLEMENTASI MANAJEMEN MUTU TERPADU DALAM MENGEMBANGKAN KOMPETENSI PESERTA DIDIK DI MA AL MAWADDAH WARRAHMAH KOLAKA

Abstrak

Implementation of integrated quality management in the educational context is a methodological philosophy of continuous improvement that can provide a set of practical tools to every educational institution in meeting the needs, desires and expectations of customers now and for the future. The problem formulation in this research is how to plan, implement and implement results of Integrated Quality Management in Developing Student Competencies at MA Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka. This research aims to find out what the planning is and how it is implemented and the results of the Implementation of Integrated Quality Management in Developing Student Competencies at MA Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data was collected using observation, interviews and documentation methods. The collected data was examined using triangulation techniques, then analyzed in three stages, namely through data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The research results show that the implementation of Integrated Quality Management in Developing Student Competencies at MA Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka has gone well in terms of 3 variables, namely content standards, process standards and graduate competency standards which are managed so that they can be explained in discussions of planning, implementation and implementation results Integrated Quality Management in Developing Student Competencies at MA Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka. Through the Quality Assurance Team and good curriculum planning at MA Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka, this is evidence of the planning carried out through thorough preparation, so that in its implementation it produces several programs that can support the development of students' competencies. This is what makes students at MA Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka have many achievements both at the district and national levels.
