PENERAPAN APLIKASI SISTEM INFORMASI MA NAJEMEN BAZNAS (SIMBA) DALAM PENGELOLAAN ZAKAT PADA BADAN AMIL ZAKAT KABUPATEN KOLAKA

Abstrak

Implementation of the BAZNAS (Simba) Management Information System Application in Zakat Management at the Kolaka Regency Amil Zakat Agency. Sharia Economics Study Program, Faculty of Islamic Religion, Al Mawaddah Warrahmah Kolaka Islamic Science University. The aim of the research is to determine and analyze the application of the BAZNAS management information system (SIMBA) application in zakat management at BAZNAS Kolaka Regency. The research method used in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive analytical approach with data collection methods through interviews and observations, and carried out using the fishbone analysis technique. The research results show that the implementation of the SIMBA application in BAZNAS Kolaka Regency has not been optimal. There are supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing the SIMBA application at BAZNAS Kolaka Regency. Supporting factors include leadership policies, technological infrastructure support, and human resource capabilities in managing the SIMBA application. On the other hand, inhibiting factors include lack of employee knowledge and training, internet connectivity problems, and dependence on external training in SIMBA operations. The root problems of implementing the SIMBA application based on fishbone analysis consist of man, method, material, machine and environmental factors. These factors hinder the effectiveness of implementing the SIMBA application in managing information systems at BAZNAS Kolaka Regency.
